How it works
Set up in plain steps. No new number, no new software to learn.
Four steps
It answers
Your calls forward to the agent when you can't pick up, or all the time.
It asks the right questions
Name, phone number, car registration, and the job: MOT, service or a repair, with a note of the symptoms.
It sends you the request
In safe mode it texts the booking request to the garage. You confirm the slot with the customer.
Later, it books directly
Once you're happy, it can check your diary and book the slot itself, then text the customer.
How it fits together
SIP is the standard way phone calls travel over the internet; it's how your number reaches the agent.
Customer calls the garage
Garage number, forwarded via Twilio or Telnyx
Cirracloud Booking Agent (Grok Voice from xAI)
Booking request text to the garage (safe mode)
Garage team confirms with the customer
Later: books into Google Calendar or Cal.com
Safe mode, then direct booking
We start every garage in safe mode: requests come to you by text, and you confirm. When you're happy, we switch on direct booking, where the agent only offers times your calendar shows as free.
